Canon PIXMA TS5320 Wireless Inkjet All-in-One Printer
PIXMA TS5320 is an All-in-One Inkjet Printer from Canon that is designed to save time and money for home users who want devices that are capable of printing, scanning, and copying. The TS5320 printer offers easy-to-use and easy to use and control settings from a mobile device.
Internal Wi-Fi allows you to print wirelessly from laptops, tablets, and smartphones, and the 1.44″ OLED display screen with a direct button allows you to easily manage print settings and jobs directly from the printer. TS5320 is able to print everything from documents and Email up to rich and bright photos up to 8.5 x 14″ by displaying 4800 x 1200 dpi in high-resolution print.
Unlimited printing is also available in sizes up to 8.5 x 11″, and this unit is equipped with an 8.5 x 11.7″ flatbed scanner with 1200 x 2400 dpi optical resolution to provide sharp, accurate color scanning and copying.
The printer can make up to 99 copies at a time with a color copy speed of around 4 ipm, and copy features include automatic exposure copy, fit-to-page copy, and reduction/enlargement from 25 to 400%. To handle your work, the printer has a 100-sheet front paper cassette and a 100-sheet back paper tray, and the compact design of the all-in-one unit makes it suitable for almost all of your home or small office. The following is a review of the results of the tests we conducted on Canon products.
Dimensions
The Canon PIXMA TS5320 is quite compact and doesn’t take up much desk space, this makes it suitable for home office use or small dorm rooms.
- Height: 5.8″ (14.7 cm)
- Width: 15.8″ (40.1 cm)
- Depth: 14.2″ (36.0 cm)
- Weight: 14.1 lbs (6.4 kg)
Build & Design Quality
PIXMA TS5320 has a decent shape and design for an All-in-One printer. The entire printer is made of plastic, with smooth results that feel comfortable. There are front and back input trays, and both have wide sliders to accommodate different paper sizes. However, the rear input tray feels rather thin and has the potential to break if pressure is applied.
The output tray might also be difficult to access if you have large hands because the clipping to eject the tray is quite small. The scanner lid hinges can be slightly extended if you need to scan thicker documents, and the lid can remain open without holding.
Unfortunately, this printer must be turned on if you want to replace the ink cartridges, and the paper jam is not easy to reach, because you have to remove several pieces before it gets stuck.
Display Screen
Canon TS5320 has a console display that is fine. The OLED screen is easy to read and the screen can be tilted for better visibility, although the tilt range is rather limited.
The screen is small and not touch-sensitive, so you can only navigate the menu using the buttons around it. That said, the menu is very easy to navigate.
Scanner
PIXMA TS5320 has mediocre scanning features. This is pretty basic because it only has a flatbed, so scanning long or double-sided documents can be very time-consuming. The scanner lid can be raised slightly if you need to scan thicker documents.
Note that the ‘Quick Scan’ feature scans at a maximum resolution of 600 DPI. To scan at a higher resolution, you need to access ‘Advanced Mode’ in the settings menu and change the output resolution.
Cartridge
PIXMA TS5320 has a bad cartridge system. They only have one color cartridge, and the results are black and the color is low, so the cartridge needs to be replaced frequently if you print a lot. Fortunately, there are high yield cartridges available.
It should be noted that print jobs are not interrupted when the printer runs out of ink, it just keeps pushing blank pages. If you want a similar printer with a higher page yield, see PIXMA MG3620 from Canon.

Printing Speed
PIXMA TS5320 has a mediocre printing speed. They are quite slow in printing almost everything, whether it is black or colored. On the bright side, the input tray can hold a lot of paper and can do double-sided printing.
Until now there has not been found any third-party ink cartridge for testing. If you find them, let us know in the discussion below. Note that using third-party ink can void your warranty.
Cost Per Print
The Canon PIXMA TS5320 has decent print-per-print costs. Because of the low yield of the cartridges, you end up having to replace them more often, thereby increasing costs significantly over time.
Remember that even if you only print in black, most inkjet printers continue to use color cartridges for service tasks, so you might still need to replace them eventually.
Photo Printing Quality
PIXMA TS5320 has exceptional photo print quality. There are many details and photos have a natural tone. However, some colors are present in grayscale.
Color Accuracy
PIXMA TS5320 has reasonable color accuracy. Most colors look inaccurate, with blue and green worse. This may not be troublesome for those who only print for personal use, but it is not recommended for jobs that require precise color reproduction.
Printing Size
The Canon TS5320 has a front input tray that supports most sizes and paper envelopes and has a vertical rear input tray that accepts plain and photo paper.
The front output tray can be extended manually to accommodate larger paper sizes.
Connectivity
PIXMA TS5320 has great connectivity options. It supports most wireless connections, including Bluetooth, but does not have an ethernet port and does not support external storage devices such as SD cards or portable USB drives.
Mobile Print App
The printer supports the incredible Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY App. This allows you to print, scan, and copy directly from the application.
You can also print from social media and photo sharing sites, as well as perform maintenance and ink ordering tasks, even though Canon does not offer ink subscription services at this time.
This application has the option to print file.txt; However, it caused an error and prevented us from proceeding further. While Microsoft Office files are supported, the application needs to convert them first and potentially cause some editing problems.
OS Compatibility
TS5320 is supported for several operating systems, maybe if you are still using an old OS version, the printer cannot work properly.
- Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 7 SP1
- OS X 10.10 (Yosemite) – macOS 10.15 (Catalina)
- iOS, Android, Windows 10 Mobile, and Fire OS (Amazon Fire) devices
